I think we all know someone who USED TO GO to church. If we take the time to ask, there is usually some story of pain and betrayal behind the used to go. Those are the people we need to make the object of our prayers and our attention. When they see us as people who are not judgmental and genuinely care about them, a light will begin to shine on the road that will lead them back to God. Pain pushed them away love and acceptance will bring them back.

How true. Only, only, only by the grace of God, are we not lost and walking around without hope. We are not better then any one. We are just forgiven! The attitude some christians (not all) have that they are better then others is what keeps some people away from God. We need to be showing the love, mercy and grace of God. We need to remember we were lost once too. And only by the grace of God were we saved.

I think this is so very true, what a concept! I think Gods return is waiting upon us to get it right not the ones without christ, eyes off ourselves and our challenges and on to others we have the answer lets open up its like that song give me your eyes talks about seeing people how god sees people lift our heads up and look around and open our mouths. I love this dawn

"I think this is our mandate: to take The Answer to everyone and show them that hope is attainable and because we have seen impossible things at impossible odds turn around..."

I don't think we have to be standing on street corners preaching but perhaps we should just make ourselves available to be facilitators of hope everywhere...like say work, the gym or maybe even the a golf-course!
I think we might all be shocked at what could happen.
